Pro engineer - Development work




      

                I have subtracted an area of material to house

                 the speaker.



   

               Once the shape was split I added housing for the

               circuit board and battery so they sat snug wihin

               and do not move around.

I then assembled the components within to be

sure they fit before I proceed with manufacture.



Silicon casting - This is the part I was going to 3D

print to make the mould for silcon casting (for the

blue rim) However as the 3D printer broke down I

have had to consider other options.
